Last week we began a new series called Deering Tech Live. In this series, Chad Kopotic, the VP of Operations at Deering takes questions via Facebook and Instagram and then answers them via a live Facebook Live broadcast.

In this episode, Chad uses a [Deering White Lotus](https://www.deeringbanjos.com/products/deering-white-lotus-5-string-banjo) as the banjo he will work on and goes through such things as proper tailpiece adjustment, proper head tension, and many other questions that were sent to him from our customers.
