Continuing with the spirit of giving to the communities welcoming them, Mumford & Sons and Deering Banjos bring you the European Charity Banjos! A Custom one-of-a-kind banjo was made for each country the band is visiting on their May tour. Countries including: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Holland, and Belgium.

Did you know that Elle King plays banjo? The incredibly talented Elle King performed in the Deering Woodroom recently, armed only with a Sierra banjo. The Ohio born songstress is emerging as a rising star and has seen great success in the last year, receiving a Grammy nod for her platinum selling track, "Ex's & Oh's", as well as several prominent performances including The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Bonaroo and SXSW.

Award winning singer/songwriter Tim Moyer has dazzled audiences all over the U.S.A. armed with powerful voice, thinking man’s lyrics, mesmerizing refrains. Having grown up in a musical family on everything from Jazz to Classical, he started his musical journey at age 7 on drums and hasn’t looked back. Mostly singing, and playing guitar and 6-String banjo these days Tim has opened for The Doobie Brothers, Edwin McCain, Duncan Sheik, Howard Jones, Dave Mason, the list goes on.

Ryan Cavanaugh

Hailing originally from North Carolina, Cavanaugh's first appearances as a child featured his hard-driving styles on WPAQ radio and with Doc Watson, Doug Dillard, and John McEuen. Cavanaugh is a champion of premier traditional banjo contests RockyGrass, MerleFest, FiddleFest and Renofest.

Willow Osborne

Thirteen year old Willow Osborne, picked up her first banjo at the tender age of four, and was taught by her friend & mentor, Gary "Biscuit" Davis, the 4-time International Banjo Champion.  Willow's stage presence, vocal, and instrumental skills have given her the rare opportunity to perform as the Youth Performer at the Country Tonite Theatre in Pigeon Forge for the past 4 years. Dollywood Theme Parks “Bluegrass and Barbeque Festival” have honored her as well with her own show for the past 3 years. Willow has also appeared on PBS with Rhonda Vincent and The Rage, on a TV documentary with Jens Kruger and most recently with "Bill on the Road".

Black Mamba (2005) showcased Adrian’s stunning versatility and musicianship over a variety of styles, ranging from Gypsy to Mediterranean flavours. Adrian’s work is a fine example of the balance between commercially accepted music that is also readily embraced by the technically minded musician.
