San Diego songstress Gayle Skidmore treats us to a sparkling rendition of her song "The Impossible Sum", live from the Deering Wood Room on her vintage Deering Goodtime banjo.

Gayle Skidmore was featured in a past video called "Why Play Banjo"  and her customized "Owl Banjo" has generated a bit of buzz over the last year.

So much so that we invited Gayle to come and answer everyone's questions about the beautiful head, how she did it and the meaning behind it.
